Jennifer Beckett has over twenty years of experience as a HEDIS®, Stars, and Quality Improvement professional, working with Medicare Advantage, Special Needs Plans (SNPs), Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, and Exchange/Marketplace populations.
Jennifer is a proven collaborative leader with a technical and analytical background. In addition to her many years of HEDIS and Star Ratings experience, she has expertise in developing and implementing quality-related healthcare initiatives and programs for member engagement, provider outreach, care management, and disease management. Jennifer also has expertise with healthcare systems evaluation, vendor/software selection processes, software implementation, vendor management and oversight, healthcare data analysis, and data warehouse implementation.
Her professional background includes a large national health insurance organization, a national Medicaid health plan, two regional health plans, and a prominent healthcare consulting firm.
