Kimberly is an experienced healthcare leader managing numerous functions including Compliance, Quality and Accreditation, Operations, Grievances and Appeals. She has 20 years of experience with a demonstrated history of leading organizations to achieve excellent audit scores and accreditation ratings related to organization determinations, appeals and grievances (ODAG) processing, and Medicare Advantage enrollments.

Kim has deep knowledge of the CMS requirements and a strong background in processing, managing, reporting and oversight of Part C grievances, CTMs, sales allegations, appeals and provider disputes. Her expertise also includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, workflows, training documentation and internal audit protocols as well as preparing annual Medicare Part C appeals and grievances data validation reporting, and timeliness monitoring audits.
