Magan is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years in managed care. Magan’s work with health plans, both large and small, across Medicaid, Medicare, SNP, Commercial, Exchange, and Tricare lines of business, has given her a broad understanding of health plan operations. 

Magan has a proven track record of professionalism and effectiveness in Quality Management, Population Health, and HEDIS.  She has extensive expertise in HEDIS measurement and improvement initiatives.  She remains current of evolving HEDIS needs and the transition to digital reporting. In addition to comprehensive end-to-end HEDIS cycle management, Magan excels at vendor selection, implementation, and oversight, design and execution of innovative strategies to drive improvement, engagement, and satisfaction, and reporting to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
