Theo Ndatimana

Theo is a healthcare industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. His broad experience spans managed care, pharmacy operations, consulting, and academia, allowing him to offer uniquely practical insights into all aspects of pharmaceutical therapy, distribution, and sales. He has worked for major health insurers, hospital, and retail pharmacies, and has consulted with major hospital chains on their drug supply chain management. He has led numerous strategic data analysis projects and is just as conversant with the data reflecting sales and patient usage as he is with the underlying medical literature on drug safety, efficacy, and interactions.

Theo previously worked at a Managed Care Organization in their pharmacy department, at a large hospital system in Oakland (California) in their inpatient pharmacy, and in consulting both at the Big-4 firms and smaller local consulting boutiques. He provides compliance trainings and reviews as well as updates on Medicare Part D regulations, reviews PDEs, DIR, PRS reports, formularies, and MAC lists to identify problem areas and enhance revenue streams and regulation compliance for clients ranging from Health Plans, PBMs, downstream entities, and other key business partners oversighting the Medicare program.

Theo obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California at San Francisco and also holds a Masters in Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics and Genomics.
