Kristina Adrian is a mission-driven healthcare marketing and strategy executive with over 15 years of experience, including 12 years specializing in government healthcare programs. Her expertise spans SaaS, hospital systems, independent provider groups, durable medical equipment, senior living facilities and start-up medical organizations. With a proven track record of fueling strategic growth, elevating brand awareness, and crafting innovative marketing strategies, Kristina drives meaningful engagement among patients, providers, and health plans—consistently delivering measurable success for organizations.
Prior to joining Rebellis Group, Kristina served as a key leader in Provider and Partner Brand and Engagement Marketing for an in-home medical group focused on chronic kidney disease. She developed impactful sales and engagement tools for patients, providers, and health plan partners while working alongside clinical staff and leadership teams to build trust, promote health equity, and strengthen essential relationships.
As Executive Director of Marketing and Communication for a multi-state healthcare system, Kristina spearheaded initiatives that drove significant patient growth, retention, and market expansion. Her efforts were integral to the successful launch of the region’s first small-format hospital, which redefined patient care through a focus on convenience, efficiency, and personalized service. Her forward-thinking leadership not only boosted patient volumes but also strengthened the organization’s brand presence.
Earlier in her career, Kristina held leadership roles at Gorman Health Group, where she led sales and marketing communication strategies for consulting and SaaS solutions, positioning the company as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tennessee. She is committed to value-based care and has a proven track record of aligning marketing strategies with organizational growth objectives. Her expertise in Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) and Medicare Advantage (MA) has empowered healthcare organizations to better serve their patients and members—an enduring mission that motivates her to deliver long-term impact.
